SALT (Sports and Leadership Training) Academy develops young leaders through a community-based football program, incorporating life skills lessons, vocational training, and community engagement. Our program reaches nearly 2,000 youth and 1,000 young adults across three provinces in Northwest Cambodia, through numerous league and special outreach activities.

Confidence, teamwork and leadership skills developed through sport are applied every day to other areas of life and work.
